Alright – Let’s be serious here.
After requesting dates, you will receive an e-mail from us to confirm the availability of your room.
- Within 3 days of this confirmation we ask you to pay 50% of the total value of your stay. When you pay via bank, please note your name, your booked room and the dates you are staying.
- The other 50% are to be paid upon arrival.
- If you cancel your booking within 1 week of your expected date of arrival, you will still be charged 50% of the anticipated fee. If longer than 1 week, your advance payment will be refunded.
- For last-minute bookings (within 5 days), the full amount should be paid upon arrival.
